Some came dressed to impress, ready to hang out with a Red Bull and vodka in the club. Others wore giant clocks around their necks.

They were all on J Street in Downtown Modesto Aug. 23 to see the same pop culture icon: Flavor Flav. The Public Enemy hypeman turned reality television star hosted a Pure209 block party that featured rappers, DJs and dancers.

The street was crowded with hundred, if not thousands of fans who danced, drank and enjoyed some great music.
