The Pub Crawl returns
Posted July 18 at 11:27 AM
Maybe you start with a sake bomb at Misaki or a glass of wine at the Hippo Bar. Then there’s some deep-fried bar snacks at Bradley’s. Before you know it, you’ve got a cold beer and you’re enjoying baseball under the stars at Stockton Ballpark.
And at the end of the night, as you’re shaking it on the dance floor at Chitiva’s or The Boiler Room, you might even believe that Stockton ain’t all that bad.
Of course, that might just be the sake bombs talking. But the Stockton pub crawl can make you optimistic about the city’s future as a nightlife destination.
The second Stockton pub crawl will cover at least eleven establishments, including four in the Miracle Mile: Valley Brew, Alder Bistro, Matinee and Moulin Rouge. That makes the event bigger than the debut crawl, which was held in May and limited to downtown Stockton bars.
Still, the inaugural crawl was a sell-out, drawing 250 revelers. A total of 350 tickets will be available to the second crawl, and they’re expected to go fast.
Ticket-buyers get free admission to the bars and a Stockton Ports game, as well as drink and appetizer specials and rides on the crawl trolley. The trolley will run between University of the Pacific, the Miracle Mile and downtown.
Tickets are $25-$35 and go on sale July 30 at StocktonTickets.com.
